Tania Jones

Hi, I’m Tania.

I’ve been mentoring leaders now for 10 years with my method called ‘Clear Thinking Coaching’, I believe that everyone wants to have influence and confidence in how they lead and inspire. I’m so passionate about learning and truly feel I connect the dots and impact those I mentor to make their goals as enterprising as possible.

My background in project management and education has set me up with an enormous desire to foster growth and ignite the best in people. I’ve helped set up innovation programmes, education frameworks and have coached some incredible people on my journey so far.

I like to help and prepare businesses to grow their local economies, with some highest ranked held positions, adding value to how they make decisions. 

I don’t do all the work, it’s a collaborative approach whereby we’ll explore differing perspectives and look at new solutions together that might take you out of your comfort zone, in order to learn new ways to lead.

We’ll seek to answer important questions to your methods, stretching your reasons and strategies to have evidence to base your decisions upon. 

I’m a huge fan of young enterprise schemes and have had a pivotal role in the success of many over the few years. I absolutely love making a difference in how people see themselves, the influence they have on others, and providing clear thinking pathways to success.

I’m a governance enthusiast and volunteer champion, and also a mother to three wonderful children.
